Working in Groups

GOOGLE DOCS > Very useful when there are 2 or more people writing at the same time (any change is visible on real time).

DOODLE > It's a useful tool to agree about meetings time. You can propose different options (days and times) and invite people in order to know if they are available.

EVERNOTE > Useful for any kind of simple notes, specially if you want to share it with other people. Of course, Google Calendar has the same option... and maybe Evernote is easier for tablets or smartphone.

GOOGLE CALENDAR > One of the easier options if you are working in a group and you want to share your agendas.

GROUPNIC > A good option to share files. You can watch/listen audiovisual/audio files withot downloading.

VIRTUAL HARD DISK:

DROPBOX > So much used... because it works! Only 2 GB within the free option, but you can easly increase this size. Very useful the tool to create links, because you can offer downloaded folders and people cannot delete or change any file (yes,also we had bad experiences sharing folder with the advisement "DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING"... and somebody deleted EVERYTHING, aaaarrrrrggghhhhhh!!!!)

ADRIVE > 50 GB free!!!

GOOGLE DRIVE > 5 GB free and it could be a good option if you work with other Google Tools.
