Large File Sending

Nowdays we share a lot of information by internet, and emails cannot support large files. Virtual hard drives could be an option, but some tools could help also.

MOODLE > It is not a large sending tool, actually is a learnin platform, where you can share files, structure them, having a calendar and a forum. Useful for training courses.

LARGE FILE SENDING RESOURCES:

HIGHTAIL. Through this website you can send large files easily. Best thing is that receiver will download them faster than using an email or a virtual hard disc. If you are in an organisation and probably there are several projects/year, the premium option is quite cheap and it makes sense.

YDRAY > There is not limit (file size). Very useful if you have 1 or few files.

PANDO >

WETRANSFER > Very basic, perfect for few files but there is a size limit.

RE-SIZE PICTURES:

PICSIZER > It is not the best option, but it works.

RESIZER > Resize your pictures on-line.

PHOTOSCAPE > This is a picture editing software and it has a tool for re-size images.

PICTURES DIGITAL ALBUMS:

FLICKR > Very simple and the positive aspect is that it is adapted to tablets or smartphones.

PICASA > The best option is you usually works with Google.
