To make a webpage is not difficult, neither expensive... it takes time, of course, but not a lot. Any text editor basic user can do it. BUT if you want something really original, with a very nice look, interactive and dinamic... let's be ready for pay an expert.

We have to main choices: CMS or CMS templetes. CMS mains Content Management System.

CMS: Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress

  There are not big differences between them. If are a wordpress blogger, probably it will be easier choose Wordpress. Joomla or Drupal are used by many webdesigner companies, and a positive point is that you will be abble to improve your website as well as you know more tools.

OTHERS:

WIX > It is possible to choose between html of flash (but remember: Google doesn't like too much flash). For sure it is not the easier option about templetes and if you are thinking on a big menu (with different submenus).

JIMDO > Well structured and clear information.

WEBNODE > This website was done with Webnode. Very clear, well structured information, and not many templetes (a good option if the contents are more important than the design).

JOOMFREAK > It is like a Joomla CMS templete, so you can start from this and improve the webpage so on as you want. Not for begginners.

ZEENDO > First month is by free, and after that you can choose between monthly or anual option (it is not expensive). Templetes are quite more original than other offers, and it a good option if you are planning a special event.

ONE > First year by free and after that you should pay (and it is not so clear how much...). A good option for specific events or one-year projects.
